Biography
Samir Srour is a professor of pediatric cardiology at the faculty of medicine, Damascus University, Syria. He first graduated from Damascus University in 1985, continued in pediatric specialty at Damascus Children Hospital 1988, and then completed his pediatric cardiology training in Bordeaux, France in 1996. His current activities include teaching pediatric cardiology to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the faculty of medicine, in addition to the clinical and scientific activities in Children Hospital. He is the head of Pediatric Department since 2014.
