Biography
Dr. Kadro Graduated from the University of Damascus School of Medicine in 1985, He did his medical residency at Georgetown University in Washington DC and did his cardiology fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. His cardiology training included one year fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology and three year Advanced fellowship in complex cardiovascular interventions. He is American Board Certified in: Interventional Cardiology, Heart Rhythm, Cardiovascular Medicine and Internal Medicine. In 2002 he founded The Golden Centre for Academic Cardiovascular Teaching and Clinical Research which became the leading centre in cardiovascular teaching in Syria through its advanced teaching courses, Research programs and interventional cardiology fellowship programs. This centre became the only academic centre that represents Syria in all in the international meeting in cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and Cardiac Arrhythmia (AHA, ACC, ESC, TCT, HRS, SCAI and Euro PCR).

Complex high risk coronary intervention including CTO opening, Carotid intervention and opening of CTO in iliacs and SFAs
